The Senior Marketing Manager for IVF Genetic Testing leads strategic marketing initiatives across PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR, and emerging genomic technologies supporting reproductive medicine. This role is responsible for building market awareness, driving demand, positioning assay performance, and enabling commercial teams to succeed in a highly technical and clinically sensitive environment. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of IVF workflow and genetic testing with strong skills in strategic messaging, content creation, launch execution, and customer insight development.

The Senior Marketing Manager acts as the bridge between commercial needs, product management, clinical scientists, and genetic counselors to ensure accurate, compelling messaging that resonates with clinicians, embryologists, and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy for PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR, and related genetic testing and genomic services.

  • Identify emerging trends in reproductive genetics, including mosaicism reporting, non-invasive PGT, expanded carrier screening integration, and AI-assisted embryo evaluation.

  • Conduct market segmentation and positioning to differentiate offerings across IVF clinics, embryology labs, genetic counseling networks, and patient pathways.

  • Build annual marketing plans and performance dashboards to drive demand generation and revenue growth.

Product Messaging, Content, and Brand Development

  • Create robust, scientifically accurate messaging aligned with clinical evidence, regulatory requirements, and physician expectations.

  • Develop high-value marketing materials including:

    • Clinical white papers

    • Case studies

    • Technical briefs

    • Videos and digital campaigns

    • Sales presentation decks

    • Infographics and report interpretation guides

  • Translate complex genomic and algorithmic concepts into clear, understandable communication for clinicians and patients.

Commercial Enablement

  • Partner with sales to deliver training tools, competitive positioning, and objection-handling resources.

  • Build ROI calculators, talking points, and workflow tools that highlight accuracy, TAT, reliability, and clinical utility.

  • Deliver ongoing competitive intelligence and field updates.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead multi-phase launch planning for new assays, platform updates, algorithm improvements, and reporting enhancements.

  • Coordinate with clinical, regulatory, product management, and genetic counseling teams to ensure alignment.

  • Manage pre-launch education, KOL engagement, and marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor post-launch performance and refine messaging based on adoption, TAT trends, and customer feedback.

Customer Insight & Clinical Engagement

  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) research with embryologists, reproductive endocrinologists, lab directors, genetic counselors, and IVF administrators.

  • Build strong relationships with KOLs to drive credibility and obtain clinical evidence supporting marketing claims.

  • Lead advisory boards, webinars, and scientific forums to shape product perception and strengthen clinical trust.

  • Analyze usage data, mosaicism trends, call rates, and reporting outcomes to guide marketing improvements.

Market & Portfolio Analytics

  • Track global PGT market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide quarterly updates on market share, competitive movements, pricing changes, and customer needs.

  • Evaluate campaign ROI, lead quality, funnel conversion, and churn/leakage patterns.
