Job Description

Develop and execute country-specific marketing strategies aligned with global and regional objectives to strengthen brand positioning, generate leads, and support sustainable business growth. Act as the local marketing expert, ensuring market-relevant campaigns and fostering collaboration between commercial teams and global marketing.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA to lead regional demand generation and field marketing activities aligned with our global Go‑To‑Market strategy. This role is critical in driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and enabling commercial teams across the region. The Senior Marketing Manager will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing peers, and subject‑matter experts to execute integrated, multi‑channel programs that influence pipeline and revenue.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, data‑driven marketing leader with strong experience in B2B, preferably SaaS or complex solutions, and an interest in the Intellectual Property industry.

Your Tasks

1. Regional Marketing Leadership

Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy across the full funnel: brand awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement. Align regional initiatives with global marketing, product priorities, and commercial objectives. Act as strategic partner to regional sales leaders, supporting pipeline growth and market expansion.

2. Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns

Design and execute multi-channel, revenue‑driven lead generation campaigns (digital, social, content, events, email). Build and manage campaigns that nurture prospects throughout the customer journey, leveraging segmentation and personalization. Plan and run ROI‑focused demand generation programs to strengthen Dennemeyer’s market visibility.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee SEO/SEM, AEO/GEO, website localization, and optimization to increase inbound traffic and conversion rates. Manage email marketing, marketing automation workflows, and digital nurturing. Drive and monitor regional performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue influence.

4. Field Marketing & Events

Plan and execute online and in‑person events and webinars Localize marketing assets and adapt global materials for EMEA audiences.

Your Profile

Professional Experience

5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, professional services, or complex solution environments. Strong experience with multi-channel demand generation, campaign deployment, and measurable pipeline impact. Familiarity with the Intellectual Property or legal sector is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Experience in the UK B2B market required; additional knowledge of EMEA regions (DACH, Benelux, Nordics) is beneficial.

Technical Skills

Expertise with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), SEM/SEO, and digital advertising. Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; solid understanding of digital measurement tools.

BD & Stakeholder Management

Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, sales leaders, and cross‑functional teams. Strong project management skills across multiple markets and cultures. Ability to translate marketing activity into commercial outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Fluency in English; any additional European language is an advantage.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and virtual events.

Ability to manage stakeholders and influence across cultures and regions within a virtual team environment.

Strong project management skills to plan and execute programs within timelines and budgets.

Nice-to-have requirements:

Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Any other language other than English will be an asset.

Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
