Res pons ible & acc ountable for leading a team to dev elop robust s trategic launch and business development plans for Tiss ue Tec hnologies franc hise across EMEA The role inc ludes the dev elopment of financial, promotional, educ ation programs in EMEA to ens ure rev enue growth and optimize the growth potential of existing and new product launches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Mark eting

  • Des ign regional s trategic mark eting launch plans along with regional s ales organiz ations, tailoring the plans for loc al dy namics in line with s tra tegic pos itioning
  • Aggregate regional mark et analys is and intelligence
  • Dev elop & maintain s trong ins ights & unders tanding of foc us mark ets
  • Define regional pric ing with c ommerc ial leaders hip
  • Create strategies to develop HEOR and market access in conjunction with market access
  • Prioritize opportunities/ input into global res earch needs
  • Dev elop region rev enue plans with regional s ales leaders hip
  • Build evidence generation requirements s trategy in collaboration with clinical affairs

Commerc ial Ex ec ution

  • Dev elop mark eting tac tics and related mark eting c ollaterals for our s ales force & s upport loc al mark eting & s ales management in their implementation
  • Dev elop the appropriate mark eting tools & programs to s upport the s ales force to ex ec ute their rev enue targets
  • Support acc ount managers in the field where appropriate
  • Lead EMEA k ey customer input meetings
  • Manage regional franc hise opex budgets and res ource alloc ation
  • Es tablish rev enue targets/ Franc hise with KPIs.

NPI/Lifecyc le management

  • Serve as liaison between global and loc al teams
  • Aggregate v oice of c us tomer mark et ins ights and input on NPIs and lifecyc le management (primary & s ec ondary mark et data)
  • Prov ide ov ers ight to NPIs and input to PD pipeline / Share with Loc al PD pipeline priorities
  • Regional ex ec ution of NPIs launch & disc ontinuation plans
  • Define regional reimburs ement priorities
  • Identify Regional mark et acc ess needs: input to Global Franc hise Team

Cross functional support

  • Collaborate with sales training on marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with Prof ed on marketing strategy and KOL management
  • Identify markets for regulatory prioritization based on market opportunity and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain working relationship with quality for continuous improvement as well as any field actions

QUALIFICATIONS

Ac tiv ely demons trated that they have built programs around tec hnology c ros sov er and or dev eloped new mark ets or implemented s urgic al tec hniques

Relev ant educ ational back ground (MBA, Mark eting, Ec onomics, Engineering)

Fluent Englis h, both written and s pok en (additional languages always an adv antage)

Minimum of 5 y ears ex perience in the Medic al Dev ice indus try in a s ales or mark eting func tion

Inte rnational ex perience – preferred

Exc ellent c ommunic ation and interpers onal sk ills

Flex ibility and adaptability sk ills enjoys International ex perience

Ability to lead and ex ec ute c omplex multi-functional pro jec ts
