With sophisticated content creation, cutting-edge technology, and industry-leading data capabilities, we make media and products that move people across all platforms. We are a global media company that publishes nearly 200 magazine editions and 175 websites around the world—and together, we are shaping what’s next.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy & insights, design, ad product, publisher teams, Hearst Made, and revenue operations to bring proposals to life
  • Create compelling marketing materials including one-sheets, decks, and storytelling assets that clearly communicate value and differentiation
  • Develop cross-portfolio opportunities in partnership with other Hearst brands including Esquire, ELLE, Delish, House Beautiful, Men’s Health, and more
  • Leverage insights, analytics, and industry research to craft persuasive marketing narratives aligned with client KPIs
  • Stay deeply connected to automotive industry trends, agency dynamics, and client strategies to proactively identify new opportunities

  • Proven ability to develop strategic, client-focused solutions that drive revenue growth
  • Experience building cross-platform programs across digital, print, video, social, and live experiences
  • Digital media fluency including behavioral targeting, native advertising, programmatic, and data-driven solutions
  • Understanding of digital metrics and measurement tools (e.g., comScore, Google stack, social analytics, IAB/MRC standards)
  • Ability to navigate media planning and client approval processes
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and storytelling skills with the confidence to lead discussions of all sizes
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • This role is based in New York City and requires a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in the office
