You will define and operationalize a new AI Optimization (AIO) function, shaping how the organization appears in tools like LLM-based assistants and generative search platforms. The role blends strategic marketing leadership with deep technical expertise in AI systems, search architecture, and content engineering. You will build measurement frameworks, influence cross-functional teams, and develop programs that ensure visibility in an evolving AI-first discovery landscape. Acting as the first dedicated hire in this space, you will have significant autonomy to design strategy, tools, and operating models from the ground up. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of AI, SEO evolution, and modern B2B marketing transformation.
