Senior Marketing Manager

PARRA Group is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand, venue marketing and customer engagement strategy across a diverse portfolio of hospitality and entertainment venues. Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing you'll lead the Marketing team while driving growth, visitation, customer engagement and brand impact across the Group.

This role sits at the heart of one of Western Sydney's most exciting and defining opportunities - bringing our existing PARRA Group venues to life while helping shape the highly anticipated PARRA Live precinct ahead of its landmark 2028 opening.

You'll lead the development of audience, brand, and Marketing Calendar and Events strategy from planning through to disciplined, compelling execution, positioning PARRA Group as Western Sydney's premier entertainment and dining destinations.

From building anticipation, deepening relationships with core audiences to attracting new ones, to forging strategic partnerships and curating a pipeline of standout events, activations, and experiences; you'll play a defining role in turning PARRA Group venues into landmarks

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Creating and delivering bold demand driving strategies that drive revenue, visitation and brand growth.
• Leading the Marketing Calendar and execution of major campaigns, activations and experiences across multiple PARRA Group venues.
• Guide Paid, Owned and Earned media opportunities to amplify Brand and Calendar.
• Building the event, entertainment and functions pipeline for the launch of PARRA Live.
• Driving digital marketing, CRM, content and customer engagement strategies.
• Drive social media and content creation that engages target audiences and drives visitation and spend
• Using data, customer insights and market trends to inform decisions and maximise ROI.
• Bring to life partnerships and collaboration opportunities that elevate the new PARRA brand.
• Member of the Senior Marketing Team, leading and inspiring the broader team.
• Managing key stakeholder, agency, sponsorship and partner relationships.

About You

You're a strategic thinker, a natural leader that has had proven success in delivering who thrives on turning ambitious ideas into commercially successful outcomes.

You'll bring:

• 7+ years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Experience in commercially growing brands in hospitality, entertainment, retail, lifestyle or customer-focused brands.
• A track record of brand building and successful execution of multiple multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Experience in growing social media audiences and engagement through engaging content delivery.
• Experience in using Digital and Technology to improve the customer experience.
• Experience in Lifecycle Marketing and using the Hubspot CRM platform is advantageous.
• Proven experience leading teams, agencies and significant marketing budgets.
• Experience in leadership of Agency Village and delivering best-in category communications.
• A commercially minded, results-driven approach with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
