Job Description

We're excited to announce an opening for a Senior Marketing Manager at The Peninsula Bangkok. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our exceptional team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the development and execution of annual integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with hotel business objectives and brand standards.
  • Develop integrated marketing initiatives across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Events and Catering to strengthen brand positioning and drive revenue.
  • Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Monitor market trends, guest insights and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, influencers, content creators and strategic PR partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies, including story angles, press releases and media pitches, to secure impactful editorial coverage.
  • Coordinate and host media engagements, including press visits, press trips, interviews and influencer collaborations, ensuring seamless execution from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Monitor media performance and reputation, maintaining media databases, preparing campaign evaluations and supporting reputation management through proactive communication and response strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and signature events.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align public relations initiatives with digital marketing, social media, CRM, website and e-commerce strategies.
  • Oversee the development, editing and proofreading of marketing communications, including website content, promotional collateral, newsletters and campaign assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Coordinate photography, videography projects while managing the hotel's image library and digital assets to maintain brand compliance.
  • Prepare campaign evaluations, media reports and marketing performance summaries, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate departmental administration, including purchase requests, invoices, agency coordination, project timelines and budget tracking to ensure the efficient delivery of marketing activities.

General Requirements

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, travel, premium brands or a leading agency, with proven experience at manager level.
  • Strong end-to-end project management capability, with the ability to develop plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, execute effectively, troubleshoot and evaluate results.
  • Well-rounded integrated marketing expertise across PR and media relations, content, digital and social media, events, partnerships, influencer engagement and creative production, supported by strong Thai and English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and commercial mindset, with the confidence to manage and develop junior team members, work effectively with senior stakeholders and operational teams, make sound decisions independently, and ensure marketing initiatives support both brand and business objectives.
