Based in our Sydney office, you will be the driving force behind our delivery governance. This is not a stand-back-and-delegate position; you will be an active, in-the-weeds leader heavily involved in project management You will lead cross-functional working groups to guide and run major projects end-to-end, directly helping your team execute the full Go-To-Market (GTM) campaign slate. Partnering closely with our Portfolio Manager - who oversees overarching portfolio planning and full-funnel design - you will clear roadblocks and manage delivery so the team can succeed.
Furthermore, this role plays a pivotal part in connecting our Brand and Content programming with the PR Talent Lab, ensuring we have a comprehensive, connected strategy that aligns talent activation across all channels

Hands-On Delivery Governance: Lead major brand, content and advocacy campaigns day-to-day from brief through to execution and wrap-up. You will run cross-functional working groups, manage complex projects end-to-end, and roll up your sleeves to help the team bring campaigns to life.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Squad Integration: Actively bridge the gap between our content teams and specialised product and lifecycle squads across the wider business.
Funnel Strategy & Monetisation Overlay campaign plans with the business's monetisation model. You will help the newsrooms make strategic decisions on how to utilise content throughout the customer journey, identifying what should be used for top-of-funnel awareness, what drives free registrations, and what should be locked behind a premium paywall.
Budget Management: Manage complex campaign budgets within the agreed envelope, including major trade-offs and monthly reconciliations
Who are you?
Marketing Expertise: You are a highly strategic and operational marketing leader capable of driving complex, cross-platform campaigns from conception to delivery.
Industry Experience: You ideally come from a media marketing, publishing, or TV network background with sound experience managing and delivering integrated campaigns end-to-end.

Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You have a proven track record of managing highly complex stakeholder environments. You can seamlessly communicate delivery plans to senior editors, PR & marketing teams, commercial directors, and product teams.
Deep Funnel UnderstandingYou truly understand the modern marketing funnel and know exactly where different pieces of content fit within it to drive both acquisition and retention
