This is a rare opportunity to help shape the next chapter. We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on marketer to lead activity across both consumer and B2B, building brand awareness, driving growth and delivering campaigns that make an impact.

Contract Type: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Reports to: Marketing Director

As Senior Marketing Manager for Ireland, you’ll develop and deliver marketing plans across both consumer and B2B. You’ll work closely with with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders develop winning creative, bring campaigns to life, strengthen the brand and support business growth.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Lead marketing plans and campaigns across consumer and B2B
  • Build brand awareness and drive commercial growth in Ireland
  • Deliver integrated activity across channels including digital, content, paid, events and partner marketing
  • Work with sales, product and GTM teams to turn insight into effective campaigns
  • Manage budgets, agencies and performance reporting
  • Use data and market insight to optimise results and spot new opportunities

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Strong all-round marketing experience with a track record of delivering results
  • Background in consumer, retail, FMCG and/or B2B marketing
  • Confident creating campaigns, managing stakeholders and working cross-functionally
  • Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable balancing strategy with execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, PowerBI and HubSpot is a plus
