9 Months fixed term contract, Full time hours

Hybrid or homebased with occasional office visits in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester

£50,000 per annum

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Managerto join our team in this hands on role, where you'll collaborate with stakeholders to create, lead and deliver on marketing strategies for NHS and private healthcare services, ensuring they align with our sales plan.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Create and manage a content calendar for each Xyla service that covers website page content, commentary pieces, social media and brand specific campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content aligned with objectives.

• Track content development processes from ideation to publication, ensuring deadlines are met and report on metrics of success.

• Produce a variety of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and presentations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.

This is a role where your project management skills will make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• B2B marketing experience

• Experience within private healthcare or NHS

• Experience managing marketing projects
