Job Description

Your new department

This role reports directly to the General Manager and is based in Singapore As part of the team, you will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where innovation and data-driven strategies are at the core of our mission.

Within our Commercial Marketing team, you'll work at the intersection of consumer insight, clinical evidence, and digital innovation. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, and Finance, while holding primary authority over strategic marketing plans and campaign execution. This role offers the independence to make critical decisions that directly impact our market presence and, most importantly, patient lives.

Your new role

As the Senior Manager of Marketing, you will lead the development and innovative execution of the affiliate’s marketing strategy with a robust focus on consumer activation. This role leads cross-functional planning to drive omnichannel brand strategies (including digital, social media) to increase consumer adoption, market share growth, and long-term brand equity in line with pharmaceutical regulations. The role requires understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (pharmacies, HCPs, payers, patient advocacy), consumer behaviour in health categories, and the ability to translate clinical evidence into compelling, compliant consumer messaging.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the affiliate marketing strategy with a strong focus on consumer and HCP activation, digital-first approaches, and social media engagement aligned to commercial objectives and patient outcomes
  • Translating clinical and real-world evidence into compelling, consumer-friendly value propositions and language while maintaining scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Leading integrated omnichannel campaigns that optimize channel mix and strengthen brand equity and driving market share growth
  • Owning consumer/patient segmentation, journey mapping, and voice-of-consumer programs to identify opportunities for adherence and engagement
  • Managing product launches and lifecycle marketing with robust evidence packages, launch communications, and go-to-market plans in close partnership with sales, medical, and market access teams
  • Providing strategic direction and mentorship management to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven, and innovative culture
  • Defining and monitoring metrics that capture both commercial outcomes (sales, market share, repeat purchase) and patient outcomes (adherence, satisfaction, symptom improvement)

Your skills & qualifications

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree such as MBA or MSc is preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-focused FMCG, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrable consumer marketing background with a proven track record leading digital and social media marketing with measurable commercial impact is a great advantage
  • Experience with global brand rollouts or regional launches within a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Strong financial acumen in managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI through data-driven insights and optimization frameworks
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex clinical information into compelling consumer messages
  • Understanding of regulatory boundaries with ability to innovate within compliance requirements
