Senior Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading automotive group representing globally recognised brands, is seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to lead and transform its marketing function.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving brand excellence, commercial growth, and market leadership across multiple brands. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution to deliver measurable results, elevate customer engagement, and strengthen the organisation’s competitive position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute group-wide marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team
• Drive brand positioning, visibility, and revenue growth across multiple brands
• Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, media, events, and retail channels
• Manage and optimise significant marketing budgets to ensure strong ROI
• Partner with senior leadership, sales teams, and brand principals to deliver cohesive strategies
• Lead agency relationships and ensure best-in-class creative and media execution
• Use data and insights to continuously refine campaigns and improve performance
• Drive innovation across digital platforms, CRM, and customer engagement initiatives

Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing multiple brands or business units within a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment
• Experience within automotive or premium retail environments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business growth and brand impact
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and working with international brand partners
