We have a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager Reporting into our Head of Sales you will play a critical role in ensuring occupancy targets across our portfolio of student bedrooms are met, taking a lead on all demand generation marketing activities, and working closely with the wider marketing function and other teams to understand objectives and priorities.
You will provide creative leadership, generating and effectively implementing innovative new strategies to promote our portfolio in the best possible way. You will also play a key account management role with university partners where we are contracted to provide marketing services and be responsible for effectively influencing other partners on best-in-class delivery of marketing activity.
Effectively prioritising projects to deliver a broad workload will be key to success in this role, alongside providing in depth reporting and ROI on results back to the business. You will also work directly with our university partners to develop their bespoke accommodation marketing strategies.
This is an opportunity to shape the direction of a high‑impact marketing function, influence strategic decisions, and make a visible difference in student‑focused organisation.
This hybrid role based in our award-winning offices near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations, with regular travel to work with our on-site teams.
