Our client is a Manufacturing Company of accessories / filtration products for electrical appliances. In order to cope with the fast pace of development, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support and demonstrate service/ product knowledge.
- Identify new business opportunities and reach sales targets.
- Act as marketing team leader: New product development with R&D department, Cost calculation, Prepare quotation for new products, Project management, Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Monitor and manage progress of projects from project design to mass production including planning, control of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.
- Responsible for major program deliverable – cost, quality and delivery – in both New Product Introduction (NPI) stage and mass production stage by leading a team of dedicated staff from various functional departments, eg. engineering, supply chain, quality, etc
- Knowledge in supply chain management with good commercial sense and engineering background is preferable.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree graduate of science discipline.
- 7 years+ experience in managing customer business in OEM industry.
- Energetic, Aggressive, Initiative and willing to travel to shenzhen area frequently.
- Self-motivated, goal achiever, innovative, aggressive, detail minded, problem solving.
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Traveling to overseas is required.
