As a Senior Marketing Lead – U.S. Region, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing marketing strategies that support WSP’s growth priorities in the U.S. Working within a global business partner model, you will translate business priorities, market intelligence, and global strategy into focused regional marketing plans that strengthen positioning, support business development, and help drive growth across assigned high growth areas.
This is a senior, strategic role for a marketer who thrives in a matrixed environment, brings strong business judgment, and knows how to influence across functions and leadership levels. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, guiding marketing priorities and helping translate strategy into action in a way that is relevant to the U.S. market.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $91,900.00 - $148,800.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
