Job Description

Job Purpose:

Regain and strengthen category leadership through franchise optimization, consumer-centric innovation, actionable insights, and differentiated luxury services to drive sustainable growth and brand desirability.

Key Responsibilities:

BRAND

  • Protect the brand equity by ensuring highest standards of execution.
  • Partner Comms and Agencies on the implementation of integrated campaigns (media, PR, social) across all relevant touchpoints to gain SOV with ROI within planned budgets (reach & engagement)
  • Work with Comms & Regional to strategize a plan to drive buzz and enhance desirability to heighten awareness and recruit new while building loyalty and retaining existing clients.

CATEGORY GROWTH & SHARE

  • Identify opportunities and propose business recommendations through data analysis, competitive and customer insights to implement and scale differentiated animations.
  • Populate campaign results and lead business reviews along with action items.
  • Constantly keep abreast of developments in the category, analyzing the competitive landscape with category/channel insight and fuel local and regional intelligence
  • Partner Forecast & Demand to ensure sufficiency to fuel the sell-through ambition & sampling strategies across all touchpoints; across channels (LM, TR, Ecomm) and formats (stocks, SPM), while maintain forecast accuracy and minimize L&O for the category.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

  • Drive strong recruitment with the right activations & services-driven proposition (sampling, retargeting, conversion) – partner CEM on curating and executing the automation journeys for the categories.
  • Ensure mono axis recruits progress to 2X purchase + SKINCARE. Transversally ensure framework is in place to elevate Skincare explorers to MU & FR to grow tri-axis rate, SPT and IPT.

RETAIL & OMNICHANNEL EXCELLENCE

  • Partner Regional, CEM and Retail to design and articulate the ultimate seamless customer experience journey with an omnichannel approach, from prospecting to evaluation to conversion.
  • Lead the execution of in-boutique activations such as launches, fragrance masterclasses, makeup workshops / events from conceptualization to coordination i.e. mall licensing, animation mechanics.
  • Collect & analyze actionable client insights, towards recruitment (New %) /retention (+2nd purchase) goals, also to drive increase in MU SPT and FR IPT.
  • Partner E-comm to plan and drive differentiated e-business initiatives (campaigns & product mix) to nurture e- business and digital channels to gain fair share.

BE THE GOLD STANDARD FOR LUXURY MU & FRAGRANCE

Partner L&D and Expertise Manager to formulate the right training modules at the right time to upgrade MU and FR specialists and all BAs in expertise & services (Les Quarts D'Heure).

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • University graduate or above and major in Business Administration, Marketing preferred

Work Experience

  • Over 5-years’ experience in beauty / retail industry with CRM/Client Insight and omnichannel marketing
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry, mid-mass or luxury.
  • Ability to analyze data and craft workable findings from consumer and market intelligence and insights

  • Able to develop, plan and deploy activations/digital campaigns with business insights in omnichannel
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation, influential, planning skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
