MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for driving the implementation of global and local strategic projects, support and cooperation key Brand campaign (based on demand). Requires strong consumer marketing and digital marketing experience, Data analysis, strong cross functional communication and collaboration skills, and strong project management capabilities in a matrix organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordinator
• Planning, managing, and executing strategies/programs for global & country strategic project involving marketing communication, partnership, and digital innovation.
• Effectively collaborative with cross-functional and cross-division teams to drive project implementation.
• Monitor and manage activities within budgeted constraints and understand the fundamental aspects of financial performance.
• Create and execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns, focusing on digital communications for both internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor, analyze, report, and continuously improve on the productivity of project plans.
• Develop project KPIs and manage project timeline to ensure successful on-time delivery of projects. Provide update and review to stakeholders
• Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures.
Marketing Coordinator
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor schedule of marketing projects, marketing tasks, cross TA activities, marketing team events and cross function meetings
• Organize, arrange, and attend meetings, preparing documents, take and distribute minutes
• Coordinate & support marketing department in auditing, data analysis, reporting
• Gather, verify, and analyze information and data for Marketing Director to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
• Handle information confidentially and maintain the security of Executive’s records and files.
• Perform administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
• Document and filing report, meeting minute and materials (slide deck) to comply with SOP and company policy
• Facilitate the smooth communications between the HOD and other stakeholders including internally and externally.
Support Marketing Director:
• Role as Marketing director assistant
Others:
• Comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
• Special projects as directed and assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor or Master's degree of Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering or Humanities (Project Management certification is not necessary but is advantage)
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, especially brand management in MNCs, prefer healthcare/ pharmaceuticals background
• Experience in developing ATL brand communication, especially digital communication based on consumer insights
• Global/Regional project management / NPI experience a plus
• Required Project management, Consumer Marketing and Digital Communication Expertise
• Customer, consumer, and shopper insights and understanding
• Brand visioning and positioning
• Product branding and messaging
• Competitive benchmarking and strategies
• Resource acquisition & allocation
• Promotions, advertising, external agency relationships
• Trade/retail and/or healthcare/institutional marketing
• Global/Regional project management experience a plus
• English proficient
• Strong computer skills –Excel, PowerPoint, internet searches, AI usage.
• A basic knowledge of business IT applications.
