About the role

The Senior Director of Marketing will professionalize how we market and sell across our US portfolio. This is a foundational role, based on creativity and innovation. The Senior Director of Marketing will work in a decentralized model, partnering closely with our operating companies to sharpen their go-to-market, build real demand generation capability, and lift commercial performance across the board.

Our OpCos are our core brand. This role exists to make them stronger, more competitive, and more effective at winning, growing sales, and retaining customers, while building the platform-level capabilities that compound over time. A high performer in this role will also unlock meaningful cross-sell and upsell of Value-Added Services, turning our existing customer base into a significant growth lever.

Key responsibilities

  • Measurably increase lead generation across all companies and channels

  • Develop a scalable demand generation engine that improves customer acquisition cost over time

  • Drive meaningful revenue growth from our existing customer base through upsell and cross-selling of adjacent services

  • Design the target operating model that makes our companies better at winning and keeping customers

  • Build the foundations of a marketing team and function that can scale with the US market

  • Improve conversion through the sales funnel across all channels

  • Implement tools and technologies that create value and efficiencies amongst our operating companies

Experience
  • 7+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with a strong track record in demand generation and growth marketing

  • You understand that agentic AI represents a fundamental shift in how marketing operates and lead by example by actively applying it across all marketing strategies

  • Hands-on experience building a marketing strategy from the ground up and defining the approach, aligning stakeholders, and seeing it through to execution

  • Clear understanding of how to drive growth from new and existing customer channels

  • Comfort owning and optimizing a marketing tech stack to drive efficiency and visibility
