Booth is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Marketing Designer to join our internal Marketing team. This role will lead the development and execution of compelling brand experiences across digital, print, events, and marketing channels, helping bring our brand to life for clients, prospects, employees, and beyond.
As a key steward of the Booth brand, you will ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all touchpoints while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization. This is a hands-on senior role for a designer who can balance creative excellence with strategic thinking, moving seamlessly between campaign design, brand development, digital experiences, event design, and multimedia storytelling.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design expertise with marketing acumen, digital fluency, and a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences. You are equally comfortable designing a thought leadership white paper, launching a social campaign, refining a website experience in HubSpot, or developing creative assets that support both business growth and employee engagement.
Champion and maintain the company's visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, events, presentations, and communications.
Conduct regular brand audits and recommend improvements to strengthen brand consistency and impact.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related design requests and marketing collateral.
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including:
White papers
Case studies
Sales collateral
Presentations
Brochures
Social media assets
Digital advertising creatives
Event branding and environmental graphics
Create compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Support multimedia content creation, including graphics, basic animation, and video editing.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate messaging into engaging visual experiences.
Support the design and optimization of website experiences, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Manage and update website content and design assets within HubSpot
Apply UI/UX best practices to improve user engagement, conversion, and overall digital experience.
Partner with marketing stakeholders to continuously improve digital touchpoints and customer journeys.
Lead visual design for company events, activations, conferences, webinars, and internal initiatives.
Develop event branding systems, signage, presentation assets, and supporting materials.
Collaborate with People & Engagement teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging employee experience aligned with the brand.
Partner with procurement and stakeholders to source and manage creative vendors, printers, production partners, and agencies.
Evaluate vendor quality, timelines, pricing, and output.
Coordinate production and delivery of branded materials while maintaining quality standards.
Build strong relationships with external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Work closely with Marketing, Content, People & Engagement, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
Translate business objectives into creative solutions that support organizational goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve design workflows, content creation, research, and production efficiency.
Explore and recommend new technologies, platforms, and creative approaches that enhance brand effectiveness.
Stay informed about design, branding, digital marketing, AI, and customer experience trends.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
4–5+ years of professional experience in marketing design, brand design, creative services, or a related role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma
Canva
Experience managing and updating websites through HubSpot or similar CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and content marketing.
Experience designing white papers, case studies, presentations, and other B2B marketing assets.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and digital user journeys.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects or similar).
Experience using AI-powered creative and productivity tools.
Familiarity with Claude Code, AI-assisted design workflows, or creative automation tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management.
Experience supporting sustainability, purpose-driven, or B2B service brands.
You thrive in both strategic and hands-on creative work. You're comfortable designing a social campaign one day, building a white paper the next, refining a website experience, managing event branding, and collaborating with multiple teams to bring the brand to life.
