About the Role
We’re looking for a highly adaptable, conversion-focused Senior Marketing Designer to join the team! You will be driving high-impact creative work across key marketing channels. You’ll work directly with the growth marketing team to bring our brand to life across email, paid/organic social, affiliate, decks, landing pages, and animation—with a strong focus on supporting our Partnerships business. This means designing thoughtfully for the agents who sell life insurance, creating clear, compelling materials that help them understand our products, communicate value, and succeed in their role. You’ll balance this agent-first work with consumer-facing creative, adapting your design approach to different audiences and goals.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes full ownership from concept to execution, and is energized by both hands-on design and supporting the success of others. You’ll work closely with marketers, writers, and channel stakeholders to deeply understand what’s needed—then deliver smart, polished solutions that are both on-brand and built to perform.
