We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Delivery Manager to join our Employee Share Plans business, based in our Bristol office, on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

This is a global role at the heart of a growing and committed marketing function. You'll manage the delivery of marketing activity across content, demand generation, creative, events and digital engagement, ensuring work is prioritised, coordinated and delivered successfully across EMEA, North America and APAC.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and client-facing teams, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth while guiding a talented and collaborative team.

A role you will love

As Senior Marketing Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for turning marketing strategy into effective delivery. You'll coordinate multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities and ensure marketing activity is delivered in a structured and commercially focused way.

You'll manage a team of marketing specialists across several disciplines, helping to drive consistency, quality and impact across global campaigns and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, shape ways of working and make a meaningful contribution to a growing international business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise delivery across content, demand generation, creative, events and digital marketing
• Prioritise and coordinate marketing activity across multiple stakeholders and regions
• Oversee campaigns, marketing communications and sales support content
• Partner with marketing, sales enablement and business leaders to develop delivery plans
• Oversee the delivery of webinars, client events and industry conferences through specialist marketing teams
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team of marketing specialists, creating the structure, clarity and accountability required for successful delivery
• Drive effective planning, workflow management and continuous improvement
• Own prioritisation, resource allocation and delivery governance across a diverse portfolio of marketing activity

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for an experienced marketing leader with strong delivery expertise, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

You'll be resilient, proactive and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage complex workloads while maintaining a structured and process-driven approach.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience in marketing delivery, integrated marketing or campaign management
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, demand generation, creative, digital marketing and events
• Experience heading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across global teams and time zones
• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Desirable:

• CIM qualification or marketing diploma
• Experience using marketing automation or workflow management platforms
• Experience working within a global matrix environment
