We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator, Pursuits to be based in our New York, NY office. The Senior Marketing Coordinator, Pursuits plays a pivotal role within the pursuits marketing team, driving the success of project and teaming pursuits by creating compelling, tailored collateral that highlights Cumming Group’s capabilities and expertise. This position, working independently and part of a team, is responsible for preparing high-quality statements of qualifications (SOQs) and proposals, ensuring all materials align with RFP/Q requirements and uphold Cumming Group’s branding, quality, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include managing and organizing proposal-related data, conducting thorough reviews of RFP/Q documents to identify critical needs and strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, persuasive submissions under tight deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced proposal development process. The Senior Marketing Coordinator, Pursuits will be instrumental in enhancing the firm’s competitive edge and supporting its continued growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and tailors proposal materials – plays a critical role in creating and refining customized collateral and statements of qualifications (SOQs) that effectively showcase Cumming Group’s expertise and align with client needs, driving success in project and teaming pursuits.
Manages proposal data – gathers, organizes, and maintains proposal-related data and resources to streamline the development of responses and ensure accuracy and consistency across materials.
Ensures compliance and quality – conducts thorough reviews of RFP/Qs and similar inquiries to confirm all requirements are met, ensuring deliverables adhere to Cumming Group’s branding, quality, and compliance standards.
Provides comprehensive proposal support – collaborates with internal teams to coordinate and support the end-to-end proposal process, managing multiple responses simultaneously and delivering high-quality outputs within oftentimes tight deadlines.
Leads small to medium pursuits – independently oversees and drives the completion of small to medium-sized pursuits, demonstrating the ability to manage projects autonomously and deliver polished, competitive materials.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this full-time role is $75,500.00-$95,633.34 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
