About Us

With over 25 years of experience delivering immigration solutions, Absolute Immigration Group is a trusted advisor to individuals, families and businesses navigating complex migration pathways.

Our people-first approach is at the heart of everything we do — shaping our culture, the way we work together and the experience we provide to every client. We are passionate about helping people and businesses overcome challenges with clarity, care and integrity.

Led by Jamie Lingham, recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Immigration Expert for four consecutive years since 2023 and recipient of the TEMI Wellbeing Award, we’re proud to have built a workplace that values wellbeing, professionalism and purpose.

With offices across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, Absolute Immigration continues to grow and evolve, creating new opportunities for talented people who want to make an impact and grow alongside us.

At Absolute Immigration Group, it’s People. Not paper.

Our Marketing team is at the heart of how we tell our story, strengthen our brand and connect with our clients, partners and wider community. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're investing in smarter, more automated ways of connecting with our audiences.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in St Kilda — someone who brings strong all-round marketing capability, but importantly, has hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM-driven marketing. You'll help us build on what we're already doing, identify new opportunities to automate and improve our marketing activity, and help shape the next chapter of the Absolute Immigration brand.

Why join the Absolute Immigration Group?

We believe great work happens when people feel valued, supported, and inspired. Some of the things our team love about working with us include:

  • Annual team retreats in unforgettable locations, from Port Douglas and Uluru to Darwin in 2026. Our retreats are 3 fun filled days of team building, learning and of course, exploring the magic of our destination.. no year is the same!
  • Employee wellness program including birthday leave, wellbeing days, work anniversaries, and team events
  • Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options
  • Ongoing learning, development, and progression opportunities
  • Supportive leaders and a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Dog-friendly Melbourne office and a genuinely enjoyable workplace

About The Role

As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen the Absolute Immigration Group brand, engage our audiences and support the continued growth of the business.

A key focus of this role will be marketing automation. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience building, managing and optimising automated marketing journeys and workflows, and who understands how automation can be used to create more effective, efficient and personalised marketing.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and stakeholders across the business, you’ll help identify opportunities to automate and improve our marketing activity, while also coordinating campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital and social channels, and supporting events and broader marketing initiatives.

You’ll be confident working within marketing CRM and automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and comfortable taking an automation from idea through to implementation — including audience segmentation, workflows, triggers, email sequences, lead management, testing, reporting and ongoing optimisation.

This is still a varied, hands-on marketing role, so you’ll need to be equally comfortable developing content, coordinating campaigns and managing multiple projects. However, we’re particularly interested in someone who naturally looks at a marketing process and asks, “How could we automate or improve this?”

With around 5 years’ marketing experience, you’ll bring the confidence to work independently, take ownership of projects and contribute new ideas, while enjoying being part of a collaborative team where your work can make a genuine impact.

About You

You’re an experienced, creative and proactive marketer who combines strong all-round marketing capability with genuine hands-on experience in marketing automation.

You understand that effective automation is more than scheduling emails. You can map a customer or lead journey, identify opportunities for automation, build the workflow, test it, measure the results and continually improve it.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications or a similar role
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing marketing automation — this is essential
  • Strong experience using marketing CRM and automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, including building and managing workflows, automated email journeys, triggers, forms, lists and segmentation, lead management and reporting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to automate manual marketing processes and improve customer and lead journeys
  • Experience building, testing, monitoring and optimising automated campaigns and workflows
  • An understanding of lead nurturing, lifecycle stages, segmentation and personalisation
  • The ability to use marketing data and reporting to assess automation and campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Strong experience coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and events from concept through to completion
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills
  • Experience across digital marketing, social media, email marketing and website content
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating professional, on-brand marketing collateral, social media content, presentations and digital assets
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, is highly regarded but not essential
  • Understanding of SEO principles, website optimisation and digital marketing performance
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into action
  • Experience managing external suppliers and service providers, including briefing, coordinating deliverables, obtaining quotes, managing timelines and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Experience within professional services, legal, immigration or a similar service-based environment is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for brand consistency and presentation
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels of a business
  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and improvement
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • A genuine desire to learn, evolve and continuously improve
  • Values that align with ours
