Don't miss this unique opportunity to become part of our Berlin based Marketing Consultant Team: Make meaningful connections with exciting international companies, diagnose the needs and pain points of potential clients, and take lead over the entire sales cycle journey by helping digital brands become the market leaders of tomorrow through tailored and data-driven marketing strategies.

You will be working in:

English and German (fluency in both required)

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine customer business growth potential.

  • Seek and identify new customer brands (D2C) and sales opportunities from the Digital Economy.

  • Research decision makers and study their profiles, build human relationships and uphold activity levels.

  • Schedule discovery meetings to identify possible pain points, relate through experience and provide various business growth opportunities with potential new clients.

  • Visit trade shows, attend networking events and travel to potential new clients to represent and showcase our company products and services.

  • Record and document all sales rep activity on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure that time management/goal achievement is attained.

  • Document relevant communication on a CRM platform and maintain a visible pipeline using a KPI dashboard.

  • Professionalize and optimize lead generation activities with sales team with the help from creative outreach techniques obtained from campaign seasonality, industry trends and potential client wants and needs.

  • Advise potential client companies about opportunities to further scale their business with data-driven and strategic marketing campaigns in Germany and Internationally.

  • Take full responsibility for the whole sales team process - from the first outreach until the signing of a contract, whilst supported by our team of experts.

  • Co-lead continuous coaching and feedback, learnings, share experiences to streamline and further develop the sales team performance.

  • Build long-term relationships with key contacts and target customers.

  • Effectively communicate and evangelize our vision and philosophy to potential new clients and stakeholders.

Skills you will need to be successful:

  • 5-8+ years working experience in Account Management, Sales and/or Growth Marketing with a proven track record within a complex and fast-paced business environment.

  • Strong professional network in the Startup Scene and relevant industry knowledge.

  • Communication skills are a must have for this position, in both verbal and written form.

  • Be a great listener with the ability to clarify and resolve issues and concerns of consumers, external partners.

  • A business-level understanding of, and experience with, marketing campaigns for D2C companies.

  • Operational background on common marketing channels (Google, Facebook, TV media buying etc.)

  • Demonstrate experience in sales research and how raw information and data is processed to become useful insights that assist the sales department in establishing appropriate outreach strategies that lead to the achievement of goals and targets.

  • Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations for 6-7+ figure deals.

  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Flexibility to travel.

  • Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.

  • Ability to spot opportunities independently and make choices without supervision.

  • Efficient and result oriented working style.
