Lead marketing strategy that drives growth, reputation and impact.
At Sanctuary Care and Sanctuary Supported Living, marketing plays a critical role in how we grow, compete and connect with the people who need our services. From shaping brand reputation and customer experience to generating quality self-funder enquiries and supporting occupancy across our care homes, alongside customer engagement across our wider services, our marketing and communications activity has a direct impact on commercial performance and the communities we serve.

Strong commercial marketing experience, including self-funder enquiry generation, conversion, performance marketing and customer journey improvement within care or similar customer-led services
You deserve more than the basics. That's why, alongside 33 days annual leave (rising to 38 days, including bank holidays), occupational sick pay and a pension matched up to 7%, we offer a range of benefits designed to help you thrive:
Ready to make an impact?
If you’re a senior marketing and communications professional who can combine commercial focus with creativity, judgement and strong leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help shape marketing and communications activity that supports growth, strengthens reputation and makes a meaningful difference across Sanctuary Care and Sanctuary Supported Living.

We are Sanctuary.
We were set up more than 50 years ago and now provide housing and care in England and Scotland to more than a quarter of a million people, owning and managing around 120,000 units of accommodation. We exist to serve our customers and communities.
Our mission is to build affordable homes and sustainable communities where people choose to live.
We are a not-for-profit housing association, which means we don’t make profits for shareholders. Instead we invest all the income we make – every penny – into delivering on our social purpose.
We play our part in tackling the national housing crisis by building good quality affordable homes all over the UK. We build to a wide variety of needs and styles, with the aim of creating or adding to a sustainable community. Our regeneration projects transform communities by listening to residents and putting their needs first.
Social housing is at the core of what we do, and we believe secure, good quality accommodation can be the foundation that enables people to achieve their goals in life.
