The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, optimisation, and governance of data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable commercial impact against stretching new business sales targets.
This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical and data expertise, ensuring campaigns are underpinned by robust data feeds, clear business requirements, and strong governance, ultimately driving sustainable new business sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, in‑app, SMS, digital, and other channels.
Translate commercial goals into campaign briefs, business requirements, and technical specifications.
Own documentation for all campaign-related data feeds, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and version control.
Conduct Data Feed QA, identifying root causes of data issues and coordinating resolution.
Manage and prioritise campaign and technical requests
Serve as escalation support for customer‑impacting issues relating to campaigns or marketing data.
Monitor campaign performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to processes, targeting, or automation.
Skills and experience required:
Deep understanding of marketing data feeds, campaign orchestration tools, and customer lifecycle campaigning.
Skilled in documenting business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications.
Familiarity with data QA processes, data modelling concepts, and performance troubleshooting.
Comfortable navigating complex dependencies across Marketing, CRM/MarTech, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
Experience in managing high‑volume campaign pipelines with competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Ability to work with both strategic vision and hands‑on detail, especially in diagnosing data feed or workflow inconsistencies.
