The Senior Marketing and Brand Strategist (SMBS) is responsible for company-wide, client-facing, and talent engagement social media and brand marketing efforts. Management & Supervision

  • Supervises and mentors assigned interns and other team members as directed.
    • Allocates workloads, sets priorities, monitors progress, and ensures high-quality output from direct reports.

fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing expectations, working in collaboration with and effectively communicating with department leadership, and all cross-functional TMAC teams (HR/REC/BD/FCM/MICC).

The SMBS oversees day-to-day operations, provides coaching and direction to assigned interns and team members, and ensures that all initiatives are aligned with brand standards, customer insights, and organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy and Marketing Execution

  • Takes ownership of strategic planning, executes and manages complex initiatives and special projects by ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and BD.
  • Leads brand development, positioning, and strategic execution (independently with oversight of WWH/CEO)
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns while collaborating with department heads and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and oversee content and content strategy, and execution for all marketing channels (SM, Web) in collaboration with department heads and third-party vendors.
  • Owns, manages, and supports all digital marketing strategies, including performance tracking, SEO, CRM in collaboration with department heads and third-party vendors.

Talent Engagement and Recruitment Marketing

  • Collaborates with internal department heads to align strategy and deliverables regarding recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent engagement.

Strategic Marketing and Reporting

  • Tracks, measures, and reports on campaign performance to CEO
  • Supports market research and competitor analysis and adjusts marketing strategies accordingly.

Management & Supervision

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 5+ years in a marketing role with proven knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, experience with research methods using data analytics software, and expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with graphic design platforms, including but not limited to MS Office Suite/Teams, internet search engines, CANVA, web analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Familiar with applicant tracking database systems; targeting via Artificial Intelligence (AI), various platforms for social media (SM) communications and virtual recruitment (i.e., LinkedIn), Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational and project management skills
