Your role as Senior Marketing Adviser

As a Senior Marketing Adviser, you will be assigned to several of our designated Expertise Groups. In this role, you will work closely with the business developers and other key stakeholders within these groups to actively contribute to the development and execution of tailored go-to-market strategies for our top 100 clients.

You will provide strategic marketing advice, support client targeting initiatives, and help translate the Expertise Groups' business objectives into effective marketing plans and campaigns. This includes identifying opportunities to strengthen market positioning, enhance visibility, and drive client engagement through both online and offline channels.

Your input will be crucial in aligning marketing efforts with broader business development goals, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach across different sectors and jurisdictions.

Your key responsibilities as Senior Marketing Adviser

• Designing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to the needs of the different Expertise Groups at Loyens & Loeff;

• Advising our business professionals (lawyers, tax advisers, and civil-law notaries) on the effective use of marketing and communications activities, and how these contribute to business and client success;

• Providing well-founded recommendations for improvement, based on analysis, best practices, and strategic objectives;

• Supporting your advice and initiatives with factual evidence and data;

• Reporting on the performance and impact of marketing efforts in terms of brand positioning, visibility, and lead generation.
  

What you bring

• At least ten years of relevant experience in Marketing Advisory, preferably in a professional services firm with international exposure;

• Strong strategic and interpersonal skills, with the ability to oversee both the bigger picture and operational details;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• A proactive, result-driven, and service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and operational excellence.

• Available for preferably 40 hours per week. Part-time (32-36 hours is negotiable).

The Senior Marketing Adviser role is based in the Netherlands (location: Amsterdam office with international scope) and works in close cooperation with three Senior Marketing Advisers and our Marketing Officers team across our home markets in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
