Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Account Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end marketing programs, acting as the key connection between clients, creative partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. This role combines marketing strategy, stakeholder management, project leadership, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end B2B and multichannel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and execution plans.
  • Manage campaign planning, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, creative agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee content development, creative briefing processes, and campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, customer engagement programs, and growth strategies.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across marketing programs.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end B2B marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies at local, regional, or global levels.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams, creative agencies, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience within lubricants, industrial, automotive, or related industries.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and solutions.
  • Experience presenting proposals and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
