About this Position

• This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

• Take ownership and drive Key Strategic Initiatives within the Datacom/Telecom and Power & Industrial Automation Strategy Cluster.
• Own and drive partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities.
• Form portfolio and resource allocation recommendation, scout and execute concrete future growth opportunities also in light of competitive landscape.
• Provide strategic business insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision making and alignment on strategic priorities.
• Develop long-term strategic investment planning, impacting product portfolio and global manufacturing footprint decisions to support sustainable growth.
• Lead strategic projects through strong cross-functional stakeholder alignment, KPI governance and execution management.
• Collaborate and work together with the Market Segment Managers for Datacom/Telecom and Power & Industrial Automation.
• Senior executive stakeholders management.

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Strategy or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Strategy, Project Management, Sales Leadership, in B2B environment.
• 5+ years experience in the electronics and/or Datacom markets.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Digitalization, Change management and business transformation with strong business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills across cultures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and oral English skills, willingness to travel internationally.
