Senior Manufacturing Technician – ELISA Production

Are you an experienced technician with a passion for diagnostic manufacturing? We're hiring a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join a growing technical production team focused on ELISA kit manufacturing and reagent preparation. If you're detail-oriented, technically skilled, and confident supporting others, this could be the next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the production of ELISA diagnostic kit components including plate coating, buffers, and controls
Guiding and mentoring other manufacturing technicians to maintain best practices and high standards
Supporting analytical processes and ensuring documentation, calibration, and data analysis are accurate and compliant
Maintaining lab operations to GMP/GLP standards and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
Acting as deputy in the absence of the Manufacturing Supervisor

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a lab or manufacturing environment (minimum 12 months)
Strong understanding of ELISA techniques and diagnostic product workflows
Knowledge of GMP/GLP and clean lab practices
A-levels (or equivalent) in a science or maths subject; a science degree is a bonus
Confident in Excel, electronic records, and lab documentation
Strong organisational skills and ability to train or mentor others
