A Day in the Life

We are seeking a transformational operations leader to lead warehouse and boxing operations at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for warehouse operations while building organizational capability for the future. The successful candidate will drive large-scale operational transformation, lead cross-functional optimization initiatives, and develop high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results in safety, quality, service, and cost.

This position serves as a key leader within the value stream, partnering across EHS, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operational Excellence to modernize processes, improve operational scalability, and advance distribution capabilities. Beyond delivering daily operational performance, this leader will champion continuous improvement, leverage data-driven decision making, and cultivate future leaders who will shape the next generation of manufacturing and distribution excellence.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for warehouse and boxing operations, aligning operational capabilities with business objectives and future growth needs.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on warehouse optimization, process automation, operational scalability, and value stream performance.
  • Analyze operational performance data and key metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement sustainable solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, Sourcing, Distribution, and EHS to align priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Establish operational controls, performance management systems, and resource planning strategies that support long-term organizational success.
  • Influence capital investment decisions, staffing strategies, and operational priorities to enable future-state warehouse capabilities.
  • Build organizational capability by selecting, coaching, and developing team members, creating robust talent pipelines and preparing future leaders for expanded responsibilities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a change leader, driving adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires 3+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Science, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse operations or supply chain environments OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success leading operational transformation, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other operational excellence methodologies
  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics and operational metrics to drive decision making and performance improvement.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and building leadership capability within an organization.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels, from frontline employees to senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term operational vision.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$81,600.00 - $122,400.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance,Health Savings Account,Healthcare Flexible Spending Account,Life insurance, Long-term disability leave,Dependent daycare spending account,Tuition assistance/reimbursement, andSimple Steps (global well-being program).
