Mujin is a global leader in industrial automation, redefining supply chain efficiency through MujinOS—our intelligent operating system for robotics. At our core is Machine Intelligence (MujinMI), a unique approach that leverages real-time digital twins and advanced perception, planning, and control algorithms to achieve fully autonomous operations.
Our flagship product, MujinController, empowers users with a highly configurable, no-code interface. By integrating cutting-edge motion planning and computer vision, it enables seamless automation for complex applications such as palletizing, picking, and truck unloading.
Headquartered in Japan with a growing presence in the US, China, and Europe, we invite you to join a dynamic environment where you can shape the future of automation.
Joining the Hardware System Team as a Senior Manufacturing Operations Engineer means taking ownership of the production and operational excellence of Mujin controllers and pendants. You’ll ensure top-quality manufacturing with fast production cycles by working closely with suppliers, overseeing production activities, implementing robust quality systems, and managing inventory and process documentation. In addition to supporting manufacturing, you will serve as a key communication window between Mujin Japan, Mujin US, and Mujin Europe, providing technical support for finished products deployed across internal teams. This includes troubleshooting product issues reported post-deployment, coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve them efficiently, and driving continuous improvement in both production and field support processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Mujin’s global growth while developing toward a future leadership role in production team. Mujin offers the complete robotic solution. Our core technology is the Mujin Controller, which manages any robotic application by controlling the movement of any robot arm via artificial intelligence and autonomous motion planning. This allows our end users to define the application and choose the best robot arm for the job.
The Mujin Controller makes every robot more capable, efficient, and reliable. Our motion planning algorithm is one-of-a-kind and allows robots to perform practically any application with the most efficient path.
To create the full solution, we combine state-of-the-art vision systems with highly versatile end of arm tooling to manage the variability of any application. We have standard products for standard applications and custom solutions to solve any application.
