
The Senior Manufacturing Business Leader is accountable for end-to-end performance of a defined business unit within the plant, leading all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and sustaining lean operating principles and the FLIGHT DECK mindset within the value stream, developing people, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
As Business Leader, you will lead components manufacturing for rotating parts supporting key engine programs including T700, F404, F414, and CF34. The position provides direct leadership to 8-12 salaried team members and has overall accountability for a total organization of up to 80 employees operating across three shifts in a unionized manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for aligning resources, building frontline leadership capability, and ensuring effective shift-to-shift execution to meet production requirements while maintaining strong labor relations, workforce engagement, and compliance with site, contractual, and regulatory expectations.

The base pay range for this position is 136,000.00 - 181,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 5, 2026.
