シニアマネージングパートナー募集概要

ガートナーコンサルティングは、企業の経営幹部を対象にデジタル戦略コンサルティングを提供し、テクノロジーを活用した組織変革や意思決定の高度化を支援しています。

【コンサルティング事業部 】
本組織では、製造流通、自動車、金融、保険、ハイテク、通信などのお客様にデジタル戦略コンサルティングを提供しております。
Cレベルのエグゼクティブや主要なステークホルダーの意思決定に寄与し、より価値の高いビジネス成果の実現を支援いたします。

企業の優先課題に直結するソリューション領域でのコンサルティングを実施
＊デジタル成長とトランスフォーメーション(デジタルビジネス&IT戦略/データ分析/市場・成長戦略/デジタル人材と組織)
＊IT調達・コスト最適化(ソーシングとエコシステムの最適化/テクノロジーコスト最適化)
＊アプリケーション・インフラ・セキュリティの近代化(エンタープライズアプリケーション/ITの近代化 (クラウド・コンピューティングなど)/サイバーセキュリティとレジリエンス等)

【入社後の想定業務(一例)】
関西圏のお客様に全社規模でIT・デジタルが関与する戦略立案の支援や、IT部門・CIOが携わる事業戦略検討支援などを行う

【応募資格】

◎製造、家電メーカを含む電機・電子・情報関連産業（先端エレクトロニクス領域）、デバイス・装置メーカを含む幅広い半導体業界等、いずれか、あるいは複数業界(クロスインダストリー)に対するデジタル/ITコンサルティング経験
◎関西圏の企業のクライアントフェイシングのご経験
◎プロジェクトデリバリーおよび営業担当としてコンサルティング会社で従事したご経験
◎ハンズオンで、複数クライアント/プロジェクトの優先順位を同時並行で推進
◎日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル
◎読み書きレベルの英語力
