Roles & Responsibility:
- Implements sales strategies to support the goals and ensures business growth in the segments and systems within the segmentation of clients as assigned.
- Achieves the sales volumes/targets as assigned quarterly/ yearly.
- Provide accurate forecasts for the month, quarter, and year.
- Identify potential clients and market segments for factoring services Solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities with existing and new clients.
- Develops business relations with all clients and seeks out new clients and sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new businesses
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures to achieve targets.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms including Legal, Finance, Payment, and other terms; and seek appropriate approvals as per the organization approval matrix.
- Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure achievement.
- Tie Ups with Product OEMs and work on new strategy/Solutions to fit customer needs.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements (replacement of older models with new) or new offerings.
- Collaborate with internal Stakeholders teams to prioritize and implement enhancements that address customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure that product features and benefits are effectively communicated to the customer and incorporated into sales collateral.
- Liaise with regional heads to understand market dynamics, client details/needs, and competitive landscape in different regions.
- Collaborate with regional heads to develop tailored factoring solutions and pricing strategies for existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintains and applies all company policies. Making suggestions and innovating as needed
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving financing needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with regional heads and relationship managers to proactively engage with clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and expand factoring services usage.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver product demonstrations & sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit prospective customers, consultants, PMC, contractors, etc.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and performance indicators to derive actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
- We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
Bachelor's in engineering or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Sales & product management, preferably on the BMS Product line with good Pharma connects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is desirable.
- Require excellent relationship with building owners, customers, dealers, contractors, Architect, Consultant etc.
Location and Travel: This role is based in Mumbai, with travel to other locations as required.
