Your Role

We are looking for Senior Managers and Directors to join our fast-growing Finance Transformation team in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. As part of our 200-strong Management Consulting practice in Sweden, you’ll work closely with some of the country’s largest corporations and organizations to transform their finance functions, improve operational performance, and drive digitalization.

Relevant Transformation Experience and Knowledge:

Financial Controlling & Finance Operations

1. Experience with group management and shared service center (SSC) functions in listed companies
2. Deep process knowledge in Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Order to Cash
3. Familiarity with platforms such as SAP FICO and financial close & consolidation solutions

Business Controlling & Enterprise Performance Management

1. Experience working with group-level or C-1 leaders in listed companies
2. Strong understanding of Plan to Perform processes, ideally within the manufacturing sector
3. Experience with EPM & FP&A platforms

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects
2. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales on our key and growth accounts
3. Provide strategic insights to enhance clients’ finance functions
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving long-term value
5. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge across the practice

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
• At least 5-15 years of experience as a management consultant
• Strong business acumen and proven sales track record in selling consulting services
• Extensive Project management experience and the ability to lead finance transformations
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
