1.⼤學以上地政相關科系畢業
2. Over 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
5. Business development, brokerage, and transaction management skills.
6. Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
7. With real estate licenses preferred
