  • Gain deep insight into the needs and pain points of mainland China High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and provide targeted professional support to drive the company’s insurance business development.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and speaker to deliver professional seminars, training programs, and industry knowledge-sharing sessions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct research on domestic and international taxation and legal frameworks, and keep abreast of market trends and regulatory developments relevant to high net worth clients.

  • Leverage strong industry networks to identify, evaluate, and develop high-quality suppliers and strategic partners, supporting long-term business growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with solid academic and professional background in taxation or law, relevant professional qualifications or certifications.

  • At least 8 years related experience, preferably in insurance/banking/finance industry etc.

  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and interest in the insurance industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of and practical experience with overseas trust structures.

  • Proven in-depth understanding of the financial, taxation, and legal needs of Mainland China High Net Worth individuals.

  • Familiarity with overseas taxation or legal systems and related client advisory requirements.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; strong research, analytical, and learning capabilities.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Well-established networks within taxation, legal, trust, or related professional services fields, with the ability to source and develop new business partners.
