Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way.
Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives.
Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a moustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.
DO GOOD. Work for Movember.
Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):
This is a role for someone who gets fired up by the combination of a big revenue target and a bigger cause. As Senior Manager, Workplace and New Business (NZ), you'll own Movember's corporate fundraising strategy across New Zealand, building, activating, and growing a portfolio of workplace accounts while hunting down new partnerships that expand our footprint.
The core of the role is relationship-led revenue growth. You'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate partners, working with them to fire up staff fundraising campaigns, maximise participation, and drive retention through smart, data-led account management. At the same time, you'll be prospecting and converting new business, presenting to stakeholders at all levels, managing a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, and securing the partnerships that fuel Movember's mission in the region.
Beyond the corporate portfolio, you'll get stuck into community fundraising, manage Movember NZ's Instagram presence, produce creative assets in Canva, and get out on the ground at events, bringing the Mo community to life across the country. This is not a desk-only job; you'll travel within NZ and occasionally be on-site when it matters most.
If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle a pipeline and a content calendar without missing a beat, and wants their work to genuinely change the face of men's health in New Zealand, this is your Mo-Mission.
No Moustache Required - but the following are:
5+ years in business development, fundraising, account management, or revenue development, with a proven track record managing portfolios with financial accountabilities
A self-starter mentality with the initiative to drive outcomes independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of stakeholders, whether one-on-one, in group settings, by phone, in person, or virtually
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, high self-motivation, and adaptability across corporate fundraising, community engagement, creative production, and events
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tools
Comfortable with occasional travel within NZ and evening/weekend event commitments
Not Mission Critical - but for extra street cred:
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience in the not-for-profit or corporate sector
GOOD CAUSE:
Working for Movember, you’ll help turn ideas (and moustaches) into millions for men’s health. Every bit we raise changes the face of men’s health by funding research, improving treatments, and supporting programs that help save lives
We’re even shaping government policies on men’s health worldwide. By meeting directly with lawmakers, and helping them understand how more investment on men’s health benefits not just men, but all the communities they serve.
GOOD VIBES:
We love weekends. That’s why our Fridays finish early for nine months of the year.
Come the hairy season, the energy cranks up. We’re talking celebrity visits. Live stunts on-site for TV and radio. And when we hit a fundraising milestone, the office gong might even go off. But, for those who prefer calm, no probs: you work how you feel best.
GOOD CREW:
Spoiler alert: we’re a no-ego, all-impact crew. That means everyone gets a say, from new starters to those leading the charge. Collaboration over hierarchies, curiosity over rigid process. And it’s true across all our offices worldwide. We work as one, sharing expertise and celebrating wins. All in the name of making the biggest impact across the globe. United, we Mo.
Boy, do we know the feeling of being judged. (Over how we look, and other things that shouldn’t matter.) Being different is how we started. And it’s also helped us raise $1 billion for men’s health. So, we know the power of diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
And another impressive number is our WGEA gender pay gap: it sits at a big, fat, round 0%. If you’ve got the relevant skills and the right attitude, let nothing stand in your way of firing off your application.
Do you want to DO GOOD?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Since 2003, Movember has built a global men’s health movement, funding more than 1,300 projects around the world, challenging the status quo,
shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men. Movember has taken on three of the biggest health
issues affecting men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide.
Movember has:
▪ Invested almost $350 million in over 600 biomedical research projects, focusing on prostate and testicular cancer.
▪ Funded 4 prostate cancer registries, with over 200,000 men enrolled from 23 countries.
▪ Supported interventions designed to assist and guide men through the prostate cancer journey, offering them resources and information so
that they are empowered to make their own decisions, manage symptoms and share lived experiences.
▪ Since taking on mental health and suicide as a cause area in 2006, Movember has united experts, funded bold new approaches and embraced
fresh perspectives. We’ve focused on prevention, early intervention, and health promotion through a male lens.
Movember is for everyone, not just for men. We are a health movement and our invitation to take part is open to everyone. We champion healthcare that
is sensitive to the needs of everyone, including men, so that everyone benefits. And we have a strong focus on how improving men's health can have a
profoundly positive impact on women, families, and society as a whole.
But we lead the charge in encouraging men to adopt healthy behaviours, challenging health systems and confronting gender norms to reduce health
inequalities and save more lives. To donate or learn more, please visit Movember.com.
