Salary – Clerk Grade 11/12 ($154,231 - $178,369) plus superannuation and annual leave loading

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced leader to join Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) as the Senior Manager Work Recovery Oversight.
In this role, you will lead the strategic oversight, governance and continuous improvement of recovery at work practices across a complex statewide workforce. Working closely with senior executives, Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) Injury Management, operational leaders and external stakeholders, you will influence organisational outcomes that support workforce wellbeing, reduce risk and improve recovery outcomes for employees.
This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with experience in workers compensation, injury management, workplace health or insurance environments who are looking to drive meaningful organisational change and influence executive decision-making.
