About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager - Wellness Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the development and execution of wellness marketing strategies aligned with Jumeirah’s business goals, brand values, and positioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns on time and to quality standards.
  • Conduct market research and performance analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity, and translate findings into actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrated marketing initiatives and consistent brand execution.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, budgets, and ROI, including social media, email, content, SEO, and spend tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs, report results to stakeholders, recommend improvements, and support the development of junior team members.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Familiarity with brand management and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in budget management and ROI optimization for marketing initiatives. Experience in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of luxury wellness trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape is highly desirable.
