As a Senior Manager within the Fidelity Wealth (FW) Finance Team, you will support the Investment Advisor Group (IAG) by delivering impactful, insight-driven financial analysis to business partners. You will own a broad range of analytics, financial management activities, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial performance across the organization.
You will be responsible for developing consultative analytics and recommendations for key strategic priorities, business performance management, annual planning, and goal setting for IAG leadership. The role also requires close collaboration with the Compensation team on Advisor compensation strategy and execution.
In this line-finance position, you will partner closely with IAG business leaders, FW Finance leaders, colleagues across Finance, and critical Compensation stakeholders. You will be expected to independently drive complex analyses, synthesize insights into clear recommendations, and provide guidance to junior financial analysts within the group.
As part of the Fidelity Wealth Finance organization, you will support the Investment Advisor Group, a nearly 10,000-person organization and a key revenue generator for Fidelity. You will collaborate across Finance, Compensation, and IAG leadership to deliver high-impact analytics, strategic recommendations, and proactive partnership that support business performance and future growth.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
