The Senior Manager, Visa Direct Sales – AuNZPI is responsible for driving sales growth, client adoption, and commercial performance across Visa’s Visa Direct money movement portfolio in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
This role has primary sales accountability across Visa Direct’s three key product verticals: of Visa Direct to Card, VXBS (formerly Currencycloud) and Visa Direct to Account and Wallet.
The role requires a highly commercial, proactive and outcome-oriented sales leader who can identify opportunities, shape client demand, influence senior stakeholders, and accelerate revenue growth across both fintech and bank clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong agency, urgency and ownership, with the ability to operate independently, navigate complex organizations, and influence decision-making at all levels from product, treasury, operations and technology teams through to C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Visa Direct Sales Across VXBS, VDC and VDAW
Lead Commercial Engagement with Fintech and Bank Clients
Demonstrate High Agency and Commercial Ownership
Operate with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency.
Influence Decision-Making
Build compelling business cases that influence client investment decisions.
Develop Market and Client Opportunity Plans
Partner Cross-Functionally to Deliver Outcomes
Work closely with Visa account teams to embed Visa Direct opportunities into broader client strategies.
The role is based both in Sydney.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
