Your New Role

Reporting to the Principal, Valuations, as a Senior Manager in the Valuations team you will play a key role in evolving valuation governance, frameworks and processes across a diverse portfolio of unlisted assets spanning Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Credit. You will lead valuation activities across a large portfolio, partnering closely with investment teams and stakeholders across the Fund.

Key duties include but are not limited to;

• Managing valuation processes for unlisted assets, including reviewing independent valuation reports and internal analyses.

• Ensuring valuation risk is appropriately managed with robust documentation and defensible conclusions.

• Leading the development and implementation of valuation policies, frameworks and control processes.

• Partnering with asset class and portfolio management teams on valuation matters.

• Managing external valuers including panel selection, RFPs and engagement terms.

• Contributing to Board and committee reporting and supporting audit and regulatory requirements.

• Leading and developing a high-performing team aligned to the Fund’s values and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years’ experience in valuations within professional services, valuation firms or institutional investing environments.

• Strong technical valuation capability and experience analysing complex financial information.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and competing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to develop teams.

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline.
