Our Deal & Valuation Advisory department provides a range of strategic advisory services to clients, focusing on Transaction Services, Valuation, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Debt & Equity Financing, Infrastructure & Project Finance. We deliver expert-driven insights and tailor our advice to support critical business decisions. To further enhance our department's success and meet growing demand, we a looking for a Senior Manager Valuation, for our Office located in Ghent or Antwerp.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver valuations and value enhancement services.
  • Proactively promote the valuation services in Flanders to potential or existing clients.
  • Define and execute project strategies, ensuring that client objectives are met with high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, providing insights and guidance on complex valuation issues and strategic business decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics to proactively identify opportunities for client growth and expansion.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulators, and legal advisors.
  • Effectively communicate complex financial and valuation concepts to non-financial stakeholders to aid in decision-making processes.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Strong experience and proficiency in both equity and intangible valuation (and the various underlying methods). Knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
  • Driven by business development with a fearless approach to pursuing new opportunities.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility and a "can-do" mindset, eager to continuously learn and grow.
