Our team specializes in handling special situations such as distressed M&A, wind‑downs, asset disposals, debt refinancing, recapitalizations, and dispute management between stakeholders.

How you’ll contribute to our success

• • Lead liquidation engagements (mainly investment funds), overseeing the full liquidation lifecycle from definition of the asset realization strategy, to divestment, liability settlement, claims management, and final closure.
  • Coordinate the liquidation and restructuring process, working closely with accounting, tax, valuation, and legal experts to deliver robust solutions and maximize recovery for investors.
  • Drive and oversee key workstreams, including portfolio sales, M&A processes (buyer search, negotiation, review of transactional documentation, deal execution), coordination with key stakeholders, communication to investors, while proactively managing risks (financial, regulatory, operational, legal, etc.).
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and multidisciplinary stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear step plans and ensuring smooth communication throughout engagements for an effective risk management.
  • Contribute to practice growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Your skills

Must have

• • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in liquidation, restructuring, M&A or a similar role within an advisory firm or financial institution, with proven expertise in accounting and liquidation processes.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, lead multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment, and make informed decisions with a risk management mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a proactive, structured and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered).
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences and to lead junior team members.
  • Business fluency in English is required. French, German or any other language would be considered an asset.
