  • Monitor interface health and system stability, proactively identifying and resolving transmission or connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, feature testing, and release readiness.
  • Support functional cyber and control governance for treasury systems, including access management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and payment security perimeter hardening.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Major experience in treasury systems, banking integrations, or related functional technology roles.
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential

  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong cross-functional partnerships with IT, Finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of treasury technology, bank integration methods, and static data governance.
  • Experience leading functional system implementations, testing, and integration workstreams in a global environment.

What will make you stand out

  • Process Engineering mindset: Uses Lean methodologies to identify system bottlenecks and drive the shift from manual workarounds to automated, scalable solutions across the full treasury suite.
  • Systemic Problem Solver: Approaches operational hurdles by questioning legacy logic, focusing on long-term sustainability and the removal of technical debt.
  • Deep ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and Payment Factory experience (e.g., TRAX).
  • Treasury Management System (TMS) experience (e.g., Quantum).
  • Proven track record of leading teams to drive technical outcomes.
