YOUR MISSION

As (Senior) Manager Transfer Pricing, you will support the development, implementation and governance of PUMA’s global transfer pricing framework. You will act as a trusted business partner to finance, tax and operational stakeholders worldwide and ensure the consistent application of transfer pricing policies across the Group.

  • Manage and coordinate global transfer pricing compliance activities, including preparation of Master Files, Local Files, intercompany agreements and related disclosures and reporting obligations
  • Develop practical and sustainable transfer pricing solutions and translate complex tax matters into actionable business recommendations
  • Drive the implementation and governance of PUMA’s global transfer pricing framework, monitor operational transfer pricing outcomes and proactively manage risks and corrective actions
  • Support transfer pricing audits and dispute resolution processes, including related stakeholder management
  • Contribute to strategic projects, business transformations and the continuous enhancement of PUMA’s transfer pricing framework
  • Act as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters across business, finance and operational functions.

YOUR TALENT

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment and/or a leading tax advisory firm
  • Strong technical expertise in OECD transfer pricing principles and international taxation
  • Analytical, business-oriented and solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Business fluency in German and English; advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with SAP, Hyperion or similar systems.
