
Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
Grant Thornton is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for a Senior Manager Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to play a key role in complex financial transactions and strategic decision-making around mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations.
As a Senior Manager, you will take the lead on high-impact engagements and actively contribute to the growth of our TAS practice. You combine deep technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership skills, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy, develop teams, and strengthen our market presence.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing projects, focusing on financial analysis, risk assessment, and value creation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them in critical strategic and financial decisions.
Oversee and review valuations of companies and business units.
Structure and manage complex acquisition and financing processes.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Drive business development by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding Grant Thornton’s network.
Contribute to the strategic growth and positioning of the TAS practice
What we’re looking for
Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or similar fields.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
Excellent analytical skills and a passion for solving complex financial challenges.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
